I would also appreciate any input on the clauses that can bog down, tie up, or outright undermine the success of a possible wholesale transaction.Any and all help/advice would be appreciated; especially the advice given from those who have successfully & repeatedly used the contracts & clauses that they have recommended.I am new to the REI world but I am trying to learn as much as possible in regards to ensuring that I am attempting to complete every aspect of the entire wholesale process in the most wise, prudent, correct, and of course effective ways as possible.I am wholeheartedly looking forward to the day that I am considered by other professionals in our industry as a truly valuable asset to our field.

There are some good accountants and CPAs here on BP, thanks to technology they really don't need to be down the street, but familiar with your state tax requirements which are usually not difficult.

Until I take my next step in REI and the majority of my business is comprised solely of assigning contracts to other private investors; I only want to be thought of or considered to be the number one wholesaler; at least in one way or another to every quality investor/professional that I have the privilege of I coming acrossI will always need as long as I am a real estate investor; all of the tricks, tools, & trades I learn through becoming a tremendous wholesalerI want every aspect of my lead generation, my property evaluations, my deal analysis, my renovation budgets (determinations, estimates, & timelines) the complete all in requirements in both time and holding cost spent from start to finish, establishing ARV’s, and of course nothing less than 100% picture perfect all-inclusive, data thorough, as easy to say yay or nay on in moment style property breakdown presentations!

If any one niche encompasses the need to be good at all aspects of lead generating, negotiating, rehab and value estimating, having contacts, contracts, a desire and ability to solve all types of problems, it's a quality wholesaler.In my opinion, the hedge funds have already bought what they are going to for the most part.

I am in the market for a new personal/business computer that I would use for email, bigger pockets and to hold my tax information.I like the idea of the 2-in-one laptop/tablet, but since technology has changed so much since I purchased my last computer, I wanted to get some opinions before I went out and made the purchase.
