Hey everybody my name is Joey Neata I'm new to bigger pockets. I've read a lot on the forums and listened to some podcasts on BP lately and have been gaining a lot of useful information. I recently just purchased my first duplex and currently living for free while renting out the other side. My goal is to have enough rentals to live comfortably in the future. I want to stay here at my current duplex for a year and then move on. I would like some advice on heading in that direction. I don't make a lot of money by any means. The highest I'll probaby ever make at my current job is about 60k a year, but that's down the road. Right now I make about 30k. Some of you might have been in my position at one time and I would like to know what you did!
