If you're really interested in the technical aspects, I can say that you have to adjust the PDF print so it is lower resolution and comes out to 2.5 megabytes otherwise your total package can be 25 megabytes or larger.Hope that helps!

The seller no longer has any agreements with the tenant, but in contract law, the tenant still has rights (I forgot what it's called in legal terms though) because technically she HAS been paying her rent by providing transportation and favors for the past year.
