I think rent on it would be about $650 per month.I usually sell 3 beds to landlord investors in the $50-$60k range that rent for $750 to $800 per month.

I'm not familiar with Wayne's rental market so I cannot comment on it.As to your question why Pontiac, here are just a few reasons…First off, the stigma of Pontiac holds prices down making investments in the city very reasonable.Taxes are very reasonable on a 3 bed/1 bath 1000 sq ft home The rental demand in Pontiac is very high.
