I would start with either a plumber, or well service tech... they should be able to point you in the right direction.The well guy would probably be the most helpful, as they would know whether it was a jet system ect based on the hookups to the well.

Purchase price + rehab) financed at 5% on a 10 year amortization, plus annual Taxes and Insurance, must equal $250/mo positive. example: Purchase $25,000, Rehab $5000 = $30,000 (AVR $65-$85K) 10 years @5%=$318/mo  Taxes and insurance will be about $2000/yr divided by 12= $167/mo + the $318= $485, so for this example i have to get $735/mo to fit my system. and yes I am doing this.

While we do have our office in south Sarasota county, our agents have traditionally worked out of their home offices, as our system is setup with cloud computing, and a VOIP office line (you get an office number, without ever having to be in the office!).
