Regrettably there is usually a notable lack of first person proof to support their position.

I am looking to learn as much as possible and assemble a team so that I can invest out of state in the Connecticut market by the end of this year.Some background on me: I am 25 and currently operate a Social Media Management company where I build my client's Social Media accounts.

First, before implementing RUBS make sure your market supports it.

I have some amazing guys on my team whose trust I have earned.

My team is very familiar with the Maryland area.

Or at least provide some support or advice. 

To round it out with a few specifics:I'm a big believer in researching an area, knowing the market (income, rents, appreciation, industry, etc) and building a team.  

So far, I've narrowed it down to a couple cities that I have done some research on but ultimately, I would like to build a team first and have boots on the ground to follow.

This is working way better with a team and doesn't require as much finessing and learning of a new platform like AirTable.
