Does anyone know anything else about either Land Solutions, Global Community Development or a company called Choice Property Management run by someone called Leona Redd which is,as I understand it, a letting company that would eventually take care of the tenants etc.,....Assuming of course that there are ever any properties built to h ouse them!

i don't think there's much point in arguing that...if i choose to keep certain buildings of mine private, and tell the tenants i work for the owner as the maintence man, that's my business...it doesn't implicate me in any wrongdoing....back to josh's question though, i stand by my choice...certain properties, you can see that i own thru public records,and others you wouldn't know about, and i wouldn't want to give out the private addresses on the forum

Al is just being funny there ... you really do not need a closet on every wall, one is sufficient. ;-) However, any walls, or floors/ceilings, in common with another unit will need to be fire rated.The first thing is to check your zoning to see if a three-unit property is permitted under current zoning and whether the property (building and lot) satisfy the sizing and coverage requirements for a three unit property.If zoning allows for three units and the property satisfies all requirements, then you can turn your attention to resilient channel, fire-X sheet rock and closets on every wall ....
