Find popular, trendy, similar architecture/age properties on Zillow, airbnb, etc and see what styles, designs, finshes etc they went with.

They are doing some really innovative stuff.  

Whether you're dealing with a seller directly, or working through a realtor, most people are just not familiar with creative financing - and are therefore not open minded about the potential benefits of it (unfortunately people are scared of, and biased against, new/innovative things)

This had a totally different style to it, I liked it.

I've owned a few townhouses out of state and personally prefer that style of construction over a condo.
