we are buttoning up #32 for sale - #32 here , and still have not started on #29, 30, 31 but I purchased #33 yesterday. it's located in westland, mi. it's between Dearborn heights, Redford, livonia, Wayne and Garden City.it's a 3 bed/2 bath, 2 car garage. the house actually has an egress window, so i can make a 4th bedroom in the basement, but i might try to rent it as is.purchase price was 76k. asking was 79, but i offered 70. then we settled on 76k. it's a little higher than i normally pay, but i have 3 other houses in the surrounding streets, so i know the area well.I will get $1,250 per month and i barely have any work on it.

Ugh.It can be a little exasperating as you realize you've gone through this several times and lost all that time looking for the answer.I started a blog about this (though now I'm not sure how to find that one...) but after hunting and pecking I think I finally have the...ANSWER: biggerpocket(icon)/dashboard/go to forums (orange button)/my discussionsExplanation: I sign in and look up at the "Bigger Pockets" Logo/Icon (next to "community") and click.

@Stephanie Irto I do not think it will take 2 months to review a loan, let's say the borrower has delays on submitting paperwork, a week per round for 4 rounds of additional paperwork, 2 months will push my buttons.

Notice to perform threatening cancellation and going to arbitration (directly insisting that buyer would lose deposit) was only made 1 month after escrow expired (2 days ago)We feel these are empty threats but getting stressed since agent is dual agent and not acting in best interest of buyer in his communication and not providing solutions besides asking for buyer to sign removal of contingencies and release deposit to seller for 2 more weeks but Bank said they need 3 more weeks to close.Assuming this is standard California association realtor form.

Owning a property with no debt creates significantly less stress. ie, getting it rented out immediately is not as important as renting to the right tenant, etc.
