They should speak to an accountant as there are withholding taxes on rental income and sale of real estate that will be applicable to a non-resident.

Can anyone help me find the Hispanic speaking woman who came here from another country and I believe first worked in the fashion industry and then decided she hated it and learned everything she could about real estate and took a ton of risks and ended up learning so much a killing it I believe with rentals.

That seems to be the primary obstacle for turf adoption in Phoenix. above my pay grade I just know its happening in Vegas as we speak and we have used it in other markets even chicago south side. if in a tenant application you can keep them from parking their cars on it should work fine..
