@Tyler Quick- thanks for the .....finding a lender will be  a bit easier  as a lender  really wont need  expertise  in any unique  geographic  area  ...whereas   getting a  good  agent  to work with that  is  familiar with the  area you are  focusing on is  crucial ....so  depending on how  wide ranging your  serach will be  - you may want several agents to  work with .....a  loan officer  might have  agents to  refer  but they  are   always open to meeting and working with new agents

Not sure if you've been back much since leaving for school but the city has definitely changed a good bit in the last 4 years and is currently widely-recognized as one of the best real estate markets for the following decade.
