Longmont is a super hot area right now, but there are still deals to be found.

That is a hotly debated idea, but that's my two cents and opinion. 

Obviously the hot spots such as Burleson and Mansfield are a little higher but I wanted to get a feel for what you guys think is a deal. 

So I haven't been investing long, but one thing I've discovered from my experience so far and meeting with other investors, is that as far as the Canton market is concerned, every investor has their "hot spot."

If you talk to Brokers in the outlying towns, not just in lampasas, you will hear how hot the market has become.  

Not always easy in a hot market but an avenue you want to pursue.

This area is the hot area right now.

Be patient, analyze some deals while you save up money, and strike when the iron is hot.
