The book on Advances Tax Strategies by Amanda Han and Matthew Macfarland is a great book to understand the tax implications associated iwth investing in real estate syndications.

There is no supervising this one from Internet.   100% IMO this is NOT the real numbers.

I've been educating myself on real estate for the past 3ish weeks or so but I have about 10k worth of credit card debt should I try and pay it all off so I can get my credit score up and have better approval odds for my first investment loan (I would be using my VA loan).

Just started a new RE company geared towards managing real estate investments for others. 

I'm looking for a good city to invest in real estate with the savings from my job once I graduate.
