They were quite skillful in trying to rope you into their expensive mastery program.

There are several experienced accountants here who work with real estate investors and many of them are able to assist clients remotely, the physical location compared to the skills and abilities is of little importance.

I have spent a lot of time in school, and while I have learned a lot and it has taken me far, I am finding that organic growth and learning by intensely reading up on all the things I've gained interest in (real estate, economics, business development, leadership) is opening up even more opportunities and accelerating my growth like crazy!  

I have found guys in the $25-30 hour range that are decently skilled, but have a hard time showing up...

Historically, organization has not been my greatest quality (to put it mildly), so I wanted to reach out to the BP community and see what agents here recommend.I currently like to break my work schedule into 3 categories: service existing deals first, service active clients second, and then block of a good portion of my afternoon to prospect for additional business.
