I'm sure we'll see more shifting after Aug 1.Major players in the STR property management sphere have begun shutting their doors or shifting their business model away from STRs.

While the recent shift to remote learning caused some concerns about the demand for student housing, it appears that these worries have somewhat subsided.

A few more properties and I will probably shift to QB though.As for frequency, there aren't a whole lot of receipts for our stabilized properties and ongoing business, so I just enter those as they come in and reconcile at least monthly.Andy

If this were pure investment, I wouldn't be looking in Alameda, but this is also where my wife and I will live and commute to our jobs from, so the considerations shift a bit.I've read that San Leandro, right next door, has no RC, so I am going to look around there too. 

I do see the market shifting towards creative financing because as rates continue to climb, finding deals that cash flow with traditional loans are now few and far between. 

I work swing shift(3-11pm) days off are subject to change but I have worked it out to have Sat and Sun both off. 

It's a weird that the world has shifted this way but social media as you have realized is super important in branding.

With the encouragement of Dave Ramsey and Bigger Pockets I now think I want to shift my focus on developing skills and working with real estate in Northwest Ohio south of Toledo.When this semester ends (the end of April) I will be taking classes entirely online allowing me time to jump into the business by working for agents, helping investors, or in any other way I can to learn as much as possible.
