The cashflow properties in outer San Diego county like Ramona or Alpine seem to not make much sense in either appreciation or COC.

I've interviewed with multiple companies and several investors, but none of them seemed to be trustworthy.  

This might seem intuitive to someone who has done this before but I am just imagining me asking a seller to do seller financing/carry back and does not know how this works either but has agreed to it.

Things are just easier when I can invest with some type of capital.While I'm doing so, it seems I've gotten a bit ahead of myself with the advertising (haha) and now calls from my website are starting to come in increasingly regularly.

I've visited the building (noticed slightly negative signs that the selling broker wasn't serious or as involved), I liked the renovations and seems like a decent fit for a rental property.

Also, they want copies of the trusts that own the various properties which seems unusual.  

I'm currently working on a rehab project in North Minneapolis and it seems like everyday I find more junk and trash in my 30 yard roll off container.

Hello,I am analyzing my first property with the Bigger Pockets Rental Property calculator but couldn't seem to get over the hump at what annual property taxes are for this large scale of a property?

Does this seem like legit deal or is is wishful thinking?
