There is a lot of good information you can acquire if you explore the tool bar area.

Thank u vary much and I sure thins will help and I am new to BP but I can tell by going over some of the stuff BP has to offer and the people this will become a vary important tool in helping me to activating my goals!  

The plumbers generally have the tools to turn the water on (they are not supposed to), but you may find someone who may do this for you for right price.Sharad

Hoarding presents enormous problems with safety and with pests (bedbugs, rats, vermin, etc).  

Make sure you have a safety net in place and don't start investing until your personal situation is stable.  

I also have a large detached shop/garage I use exclusively for Rehab business (repairing cabinets and storing materials and tools).

Assuming you disclose the issues and a structural engineer gives you a letter saying place is structurally sound, then you should be able to process as you wish.BUT, don't cut corners when it comes to safety.
