All homes are close to a river, in a old factory town that has some what held up against losing so many factory jobs.

Middle River area

There are a lot of old 1930s ranch style houses in the valley that sit on large (For LA) lots.  

I’ve been looking at AG properties with trees on it along with SFR and mulifamily in Central Valley.

There are some others scattered around Gillette, Cheyenne, Laramie as well as Green River that I remember posting from time to time.

I was looking at River Park area because of the 16tech developments, but I don't think that's the right area for me because you will have to wait 3-5 years to pull your money out.My PM was telling me to look at suburban areas a little outside of indy for duplexes.
