I am starting a new investment property loan through Quicken Loans and I found out that at closing it is you get a coupon for $750 of f closing costs to give to away.Has anyone received one of these coupons and is willing to share?

Don't bank on that inheritance without solid legal proof that the Buyer/Vendee will be receiving said inheritance.

We also had to explain why we received such large tax refunds every year we adopted (for international adoption of children with special needs, there is a one time ~$13,000 per child credit from the IRS to help offset the cost of the adoption.) 

Hi, I received a call today from one of my direct mail campaigns.

I'm not sure if they can sue you for all the rent ever paid, as they did receive some 'benefit' of living there.

You'll need to know the costs and time frame for receiving permits, which would play in to step 4.
