Easy way to raise some capital for more trailers.

I was born and raised in Kankakee.

They have been know to raise taxes to pay for their increased spending.

@Candace Postell raises a good point too, consider what will add the best value for the least amount of money. i.e. consider what the buyer will be focusing on in the kitchen.

This will allow people to reserve just a weekend I would raise the price on Memorial day weekend and lower the min stay to 3 or 4 days.I would add increased rates for any 3 day holiday weekends such as EasterLook at events that will be going on in your area, fishing tournaments, festivals etc and add special pricing for those time frames.Could you add gear for ice fishing in the winter to attract winter fisherman?

@Michael Claus we have had this problem with several HOAs, and we finally resolved the issue by raising the rent to be inclusive of the water in the monthly rent, thus avoiding it not getting paid.

I will raise the rents to $700 the first year and up to 800 the second year.

My wife and I just bought 5 acres of land and are building a home where we can raise our two children.  

So appreciation could/would come along with the ability to raise rents (regardless of what SFRs are doing in the area).
