I moved out here a little over a year ago after college, and like I said just bought a house a few months ago.Although I am new to real estate, I would agree with that comment about Rochester.

Get their permission to use the comment (first name, last initial, city or similar).

Ignoring the comments about doing business with family...The fee structure and business practices are likely to be legal but clearly not best practice.

Growing up in New England and having a French-Canadian grandfather I always thought it meant only the folks who were from Canada and spoke French as their 1st language.Any comments?

I have no experience whatsoever doing $5 million to $10 million dollar deals, so maybe someone could comment that has done deals like that.
