So I thought I would give BiggerPockets a go for improving my real estate investing.I want to improve my prospecting for houses.

The house is pretty much fully booked for the rest of the summer until September 29th, this means that no prospective buyers can see it because we have guests in the home.

You do not own or manage the property so you have no authority to offer anything to a prospective tenant.

I really like its prospects for the rental market. 

Is this a good avenue for lucrative deals, or should I just stick with finding prospects with ugly houses that I can assign?

Either you still buy at the price (you are happy) or you find something out that makes you want to back out or lower the price (prospective tenants tell you it is way too high and the one down the street is better, the contractor points out a problem, property manager tells you why he is going to charge you more etc).Just my thoughts and good luck!

What are some of the most common reasons you hear from your prospects about why they're selling?

Some prospective leds that i am sending letters to now hopefully i can find some deals, looking forward to find some buyers in my area.

I have reached out to the prospective folks and hopefully can improve rates.
