Personally, I wouldn't let someone who hangs their license with me wholesale properties.

The taxes of the property will weigh on your qualifying ratio and so will the insurance...and both of those will require a Loan Officer with knowledge of the local market you are moving to in order to calculate properly. 

Depending on the state, this means they must give you proper notices and publish proper notices of foreclosure and set a sale date to sell the property at auction to the highest and best bid at a date in the future that is no less then the law allows in that state. 

Getting your license could be a nice "feather in your cap" that can compliment your activities of being an investor, but being a realtor will not make you an investor. 

This represents the proper way for a tenant to request a disability animal.  

Second you've probably changed your drivers licenses, voters registrations, homestead, buying patterns, and tax returns to all reflect your new primary residence and the fact that this is a rental.  

Can you 1099 someone who doesn't have their contractor or business license?
