I would consider hiring a professional photographer for a few hundred bucks and if you're willing to make the investment, get the furnishings updated and consider a kitchen overhaul.

Essentially, for accredited investors you can invest in syndicated type deals and own a % of a professionally managed property.

I'm an agent, I do some work with investors in the Short Term Rental market, my boyfriend has an Airbnb that we have professionally managed, and I have a decent working knowledge of the local (ever changing) rules.  

To find buyers and sellers that i can put together a deal that can benefit all parties involved.

@Anna Buffkin  it always astounds me that out your way the buyer and seller would be in the same room at the same time. that simply NEVER happens on the west coast the two parties never meet.. or basically never..

I find the most challenging part is to understand the health of the HOA.
