I am just wholesaling right now and looking to improve in that while also trying to build capital and/or find people to partner with to start taking on properties myself!

Also they may need proceeds from home to pay for other liabilities.but let’s be honest when a family member passes away do people want the money from the estate immediately or they thinking to get it paid over decades?

I think the methodology of going out and solving peoples problems is timeless, but because the paperwork and instructions suck, and the material being almost 20 years old, I'd pass on this one.

Multifamily homes interest me, as well as fix and flip, buying and holding single family homes, and possibly wholesaling.Thanks for taking the time to read, I look forward to connecting with some great people!

Hi Greg, looking to purchase and hold, most likely BRRRR, I'm a GC by trader, and I'm used to handle projects out of state, I also have experience with flips here in Miami, but market is not great here now, I have a friend that leaves in Montgomery and connected me with some people there, so that why I'm hitting that way to start my out of state investments.  

I'm what people might describe as a "jack of all trades, master of none" (although at this point, due to my current career, I have a fairly deep understanding of interest theory, loan amortization, assessing risk, and certain other financial topics).

I really wish my accountant had given me the heads-up he was depreciating the property and what that meant when I went to sell — but now it's an expensive lesson, I guess.Quick note for those who went for the "get a load of this entitled millennial who filed his taxes late one time" jugular — I imagine you're here to help people, and this is your friendly reminder that it doesn't cost anything to assume good intentions and be nice.
