Just tired of the clientele.

I am really tired of spending thousands of dollars on appraisals, surveys and title policies (that protect lender only).

Owning SFR is a great place to start but most folks grow tired of SFRs that require more savings, more down and realizing cash flow is creeping along but not getting them their fast enough to leave the job they no longer are passionate about.  

I've been a residential agent in Portland, OR for 3+ years and am getting a little tired of the grind and pace although I primarily enjoy the work.

Our super also managed this and the owner lived out of state and his dad maintained it but was tiring of it.

Found a landlord who is tired of doing it and retiring. 2 doors, 2 units in each. downstairs and upstairs.

@Prachi PantI can tell you that some landlords get tired of owning rental properties, and the headaches that can come with it.. 

Learn to pre-screen people with a few basic questions for the phone or email to weed-out tire kickers and deadbeats looking for a handout.

Because we gotta live somewhere, and we’re tired of paying our landlord’s mortgage when we could be putting that money towards building equity of our own.
