Looking for a successful investor in the Atlanta (NW) area that I could help with some of my skills in exchange for a mentoring/friend/partner relationship.

We're wanting to exchange it for a bigger property (ours has been fully paid off) since its depreciation has run out.

Haha ya I really need to be better with being colleagues of all the wonderful people whom I've exchanged with on here or at the meetings.
