Finding sellers
CRE: Have a client going into an exchange with specific areas and desired unit #s in Palo Alto area. Besides the typical waiting for Loopnet listings or contacting brokers with pocket listings, what other strategies (cold calling, direct mail, Etc) would you take to find potential sellers? Since most multi family is LLC or Corp owned, In particular what is your actual approach or lead in to get they're attention?
