The purpose of the permit is to provide protection to ensure the contractor is qualified and completes the work in an acceptable manner so don't look at it as an adversary position. 

You may want to have someone else, here on the ground, evaluate things a bit and perhaps go in and take a look at the property to give you feedback. 

By making small changes to your daily routine, you will see positive impacts on your overall productivity.

Cash flow, appreciation and loan pay down seem to be touted as positives.

So minus $250 (we are able to suck it up for now) still positive $220, just don't see it until we sell it, I suppose.

Our cash flow and credit scores are good (mid 700's to 800's depending on which reporting agency is used) but we do not have W2 jobs anymore so that prevents the regular bank route for a 30 year loanAll feedback appreciated!
