I am new to this, recently selling a rental duplex that I used to live in, and am moving to short-term rentals on the new property.I am doing some basic work to set up campsites now and then later build cabins.

We do not have an LLC set up.

I would only buy it if the unit is delivered vacant or the tenant is set up and approved for rent relief where the govt pays their back rent.

If you already have internet set up at the property, I love Reolink. 

I don’t want to habe to do so many 1031sSo could you set up a corporation buy a house, pay to have it fixed up, sell it, reinvest all the profits And so on?

Closing on the house seems to have been the easy part, now getting it set up for rent is what will be the actual test.

Also send notice to vacate to the new guys but if they are paying I would see when you can get your contractor if it is a while be flexible as long as they pay. Line

I usually have leases signed before the middle of the month when renting, so now for Aug 1 move in.To save time with showings, ask people if they meet the screening criteria before you set up a time and then group the showings together. 

Hello everyone,I am finally ready to invest in a rental property and my goal is to get one property by the end of the year.Anyways, I need to setup a California LLC (I have a business and assets I want to protect) and am wondering is there anything “special” / different I need to do when setting it up for real estate investing….I just want to make sure I don’t make any mistakes with the setup…I have 2 LLCs now, but both are for e-commerce.Thank you!
