I still have long way to have a complete team but I know for the fact from my current 9/5 life, if you don't start doing and take action you won't learn and may never get started. 

My family has been involved in real estate for my entire life so it's always been an interest.

I am Craig, I am an aspiring individual looking at real estate as one method to achieve certain life goals. 

Only 23, I've decided that I don't want to be working a  9 to 5 job for the rest of my life.  

I'm not even sure I'm exaggerating when I say it was completely life changing.

Electricity prices are increasing quickly, so this change sounds counter-intuitive when it comes to improving the average citizen's quality of life, even if the environmental impact is positive (also not guaranteed). 

I'm a part time stock market trader and that took me 3yrs of my busy life to finally click and start placing trades confidently so I know this field is probably not that different but I will take it 1 day at a time.

It maybe that life is busy and the route to doing this is waiting for the equity in your home to grow and using it when you can.
