@Andrew Gordon If your plan ends up with you buying physical properties as opposed to REITs or investing in Syndications please make sure to include the reserves in your budgeting when you are analyzing your purchases.

As for the 4%, i would say that adding solar panels to your house  today, and for years to come, would actually take value from your house as opposed to add value.

Hi @Debra C Benavidez I would recommend starting with an LLC - this allows you to ensure you are protected from the start and it also makes it much easier from an operational standpoint to get things set up correctly on the front end as opposed to making changes mid stream.
