Possible fixes will be to get a water softener but the challenge there is the need to keep it stocked with salt and if it isn't hello smell and stains so the tenant would have to keep that up and payout of pocket for it.

From my experience I've seen that you get treated like just another cog in the wheel and end up having poor customer experience, delayed closings, and lots of challenges along the way.
