I’ve worked 3rd shift for 15 years and due to a situation at work I have just scaled back to a very limited part time schedule after they replace me I agreed to work 2 shifts a week until the end of January but it may go on a little longer.

I'm in a similar situation - I just purchased a property in Cleveland and looking for a CPA.

Would prefer group with multiple successful exists and have there own construction and property management teams.

I’m in that situation now and it will infinitely be worth $300 to get the legal advice given my particular situation.

I'm looking to get into a somewhat similar situation. 

I've read up on a bunch of posts about insurance for flips but most of the answers were very specific to the individuals situation and I wasn't able to find the info I was looking for.I'm going to be buying my first flip soon and I don't plan on hiring a GC, only subs.

Another point is many municipalities also exclude multiple unrelated individuals from renting.

I'm not sure where you heard your information, but it is clearly from a person who either has no experience in STR's, or if they had an STR they ran it poorly or the STR was situated in a bad location.
