Hello everyone, after soaking in the knowledge from the Bigger Pockets blogs for the last year or so I thought it was time to head over and finally make an account.My name is Kane, I operate a web design and SEO company out of Renton, WA.

I read that thread and it has nothing to say about the lack of support nor does it speak of web based programs that are broken and simply don't work.

I've got bandit signs going up every weekend, working on my bayareacashbuyers.com web presence, and I'm working on getting a probate/absentee owner mailing list set up.

They have an extensive selection of in-person and web-based classes, covering everything from SEC regs, to deal analysis, due diligence, property management, investor relations, etc.  

Fire your web programmer, as they are the ones to blame, not me.  

Does anyone has information about this Viventum development other than the one in the web?
