How NOT to be a Property Management Company

So, I self manage my properties. I have nothing against property managers though (I think). I'm looking to buy more properties, and I noticed a for rent sign in a yard in the neighborhood that I'm buying another duplex.

I call the number on the sign. Figured I'd ask about buying the property. Of note, I can't find the property listed for rent anywhere else except on this property management website, and the yard sign. So, I call, and get a message that the  number has changed. So I call the new number. I get a Voice mail, and left a message last Friday.

I then go to their website, and find the property. I call the two numbers listed on their website. Both numbers have a voice message stating their number has changed, to the number that nobody answers.

This has been for four straight days. No return calls so far. Nobody answers the property management line, ever. There is a phone tree to go through if you are an owner, a tenant, a potential tenant, or "other".

Guess which local Property Management Company I will never be hiring if I choose to stop self managing?
