I would love to hear your insight on this.

The whole tax return package was more than 300 pages, so I had to spend a few hours reviewing them, but not even one thing needed to be changed this year.

I'm an engineer and even then, I'm getting really tired of feeling like life is a paycheck-to-paycheck situation even being an engineer...  

I've done some of own research online and in videos but would love some insight from brokers or investors that have done this themselves.

You have to understand the asset class on a spreadsheet and in real life so you don't make a mistake.

Again, that's all fine and good but the numbers have to work which is why I was hoping to speak to someone with first hand knowledge of owning a property or properties in the town without an axe to grind like the Seabrook sales people.On the issue of negative STR regulations roughly half the houses in the town are in their rental program currently so I don't see that as an issue in the future as an investor as it's baked into the town's business model and not likely to change.

I'm considering a structure where Limited Partners (LPs) receive a 10% preferred return, with profits split 50/50 between LPs and the General Partner (GP) thereafter.I'd appreciate any feedback or insights on this proposed split.

None of our renovations would be changing exterior walls.
