So, beside the question that needs to be asked by the passive investor as to whether the sponsor is a fraud, is whether the sponsor has the moral compass to resist the temptation to commit fraud if things don’t go their way.

(there was a tiny set of stairs also)The developer told me there was also an alleyway down the side of the building that could most likely fit a wheelchair and had direct access to the condo, so it's possible that would satisfy the ADA and they could remove the ramp on the inside of the unit.I have never dealt with a property like this before, so I'm wondering, who do I talk to to make sure this unit will be ADA compliant?

I have an LLC and I have enough cash to buy the house outright but would rather refinance it and get a mortgage on eventually so I can use that cash to eventually buy yet another house to continue build my portfolio.
