I wonder if they are starting to staff up for that or will continue to try to help those struggling to pay mortgages out in a different manner like we saw last month with payment deferrals or take 3 payments add it to the end of the loan type of thing.Plus homeowners tend to stay as long as they can.. and of course many of them will need short sales if they are FHA or VA or whatever low down situation they used to get into the home..
