That is why we need to change the law in Missouri - I just received notice from the Ohio REIA that one of their state legislators had introduced legislation to make it unlawful for a city owned utility to charge the owner for the tenants unpaid bill.

I only have 2 section 8 tenants, they make their portion of the payment and housing authority deposits the rest and we post the deposit to the account internally.
