Hello all,

I have recently attended an Multifamily Mindset 3 day seminar and eagerly looking to join a team as an Intern. In my current state of life this is probably the most effective path for getting into the Syndication business. I already have several accredited investors willing to put 200k-325k into my first deal (pending numbers work for them obviously) and I have another Investor waiting to see my first deal who is aware of Syndication and will need little pressure to invest. He has also promised to introduce me to other accredited investors if our first deal goes well. For now I will continue my education, building a team in Las Vegas and figure out how to do a Thought Leadership Platform in an already competitive scene.
