In states that partially or fully implement Torrens title systems (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torrens_title), the recorder is the indisputable master record of who owns which property.

I've been using them for about 4 years and they've come along light years in their capabilities.

Hi,I just purchased a 3/2 single family home in Humble TX that needs some light repairs before putting it on the market.

Here are a couple of things I have implemented:1.

Besides this the home will need  a total of eight (8) new exterior windows, deep cleaning, paint, new overhead fans and light fixtures. 

I would like to gain experience in other larger multi-family or light commercial.
