In Dallas county, the last five years of data are actually available for download as CSV files!

Are there downloadable programs? 

Looking for a great CRM system I'm using freedomsoft right now and it's great but it's lacking some stuff such as saving past leads and responding to them later in the future (auto reminder to my iPhone) I heard great things about salesforce,podio and base but I'm not very good at the tech stuff any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You can search for free until you get the list tweaked, then purchase with a credit card and download the list.

More importantly, if it is marketed with iphone photos and unprofessionally you will be disappointed with the result.

That is a good point, not sure I want anyone downloading all the things one can download and having my name attached to the account....best argument against.

The one concern I might have (I think) is the fact that your guests would need to download an app to lock/unlock the door. 

For those fans of Evernote they have released a new app for your iPhone that quickly and (mostly) accurately takes photos of business cards and stores them in your Evernote account.

It is a free download so why not try it out and tell us if it is worth giving your email up to get.
