you can always hire an independent appraiser. its cheaper if you go direct through an appraiser (check yelp) as opposed to an AMC which lenders will require. its not a bad idea to spend a few hundred bucks to get some un-bias opinions while you do your due-diligence, just know that if you go with traditional financing to any degree, the lender will not use your appraiser for their purposes and require you to get another one through their AMC's.

Another one I remember that came as an over the air upgrade ( these are all free by the way) is DOG Mode. you can set dog mode and your car will stay at the temp you set.. so you can leave your dog in the car while you do some shopping know that the car will stay at 70 degrees or less in the summer or warm in the winter.

Think of the financial criteria for each step as prerequisites for the financial criteria for the next step,...kind of like the way curriculum is established to get a degree in college.The way you build this is to start with the financial criteria, and reverse engineer your plan from there.

Seems like the purchase price should be somewhere between the actual and the proforma, acknowledging that improvements MIGHT increase the value to some unknown degree but certainly not a guarantee.
