Real Estate Investing.. Seeking Investor to learn from.

Good evening all,

My name is Alex, and I am a Finance Manager by trade in a very large hospital here in Miami FL. 9 years ago I tried to get in to real estate by getting my license, however, it didn't work out the way I expected. I was low on cash, and didn't have financial support to really get things moving. Looking back now, it feels as if I made excuses for myself and decided to take the easier path in pursuing a career in the degree I received in college, Finance. I currently live in Miami Beach if that matters to anyone.

Now more than ever, I realized that real estate investing is STILL something I am extremely interested in. I own 2 properties, one is a primary while the other is a rental.

I would really love to team up with someone who has experience and can use a helping hand. In my 9 years of "Corporate America", I have gained a tremendous experience in excel, data analytics, cost based analysis, and dabbled in personal real estate finance.

If a real estate investor needs someone with a real estate license, I can pursue in renewing my license in a matter of 2 months. I have taken the course in the past and passed, I have no doubt in my mind that this time around I can gained the license much faster.

Really looking for someone who can benefit on this partnership with me! Also open to suggestions! :)
