Weather is nice out!

I have been looking at some out-of-state properties but am wondering how they will be affected when there’s an economic downturn compared to DFW which weathers upheaval pretty well.

More harsh reality instead of the you go girl/boy.

Sounds like you have sufficient cashflow/ income to weather an occasional vacancy or maintenance expense.

The weather went from nearly constant lows in the 20's to nearly constant highs in the 90's within 2 weeks. 

One lady gave it a 1 star because they wouldn't replace a piece of weather stripping she ripped off the bottom of the main door.

We ran up against the Thanksgiving holiday, weather, and city inspector availability, but in the end, we made it.Regarding the work we had done prior to closing, it was a little more than expected, but not too bad.  

Sounds harsh, but with millions of members, you have to have some kind of filter.

We're full swing into the holidays and at a time of year when doing a turnover tends to be more difficult, especially in cold weather states such as yours.
