Can anyone recommend a good source or publication to learn about the local Maui market?

Hello Everyone, I a new to the bigger pocket family.My question today is how do I go about Crowd Sourcing for a property I would like to purchase.

So far for us, BP has been an excellent source.

I've found that's always a great way to meet like minded investors.You may also have luck finding others here on BP or at any of the multiple national note events (Note Expo, Paper Source, Distressed Debt conference, etc) interested in a JV partnership.Best of luck.Dave

Generally the higher the levels the closer to the source of the leak.No legal advice given.   

if you have limited sources of cash, and limited skills, then get into a relationship with a more experienced (local) investor where you can offer to look over their shoulder and bring them deals, in exchange for "finder's" fees or wholesaling profits.As you get more experience, you'll quickly realize that money always chases good deals.
