Crowd Sourcing for realty property

Hello Everyone, 

I a new to the bigger pocket family.

My question today is how do I go about Crowd Sourcing for a property I would like to purchase. The property is a condo and I will about 20% down to get seller financing. 

Can you please tell me how I could possibly get started?
