Cross my fingers....

I grew up in the Fort Greene area in the 80's and 90's and the economic transformation of that community had a big impact on how I view the world.

I'm sure our paths will cross one of these days :)

If I were in CA, I'd be setting up green roofs and solar farms on my buildings and selling credits.

My challenge now is to decide on building materials, because we want to do some experimentation in green building/net-zero building without annoying the permitting officials.

@Tyrone Green - I used Rockwell, and the test questions for the actual exam were essentially the exact same as the ones on the online coursework.

There had been many times prior when subway cars would sit in one spot for hours between stops on multiple occasions, due to 'police investigations' etc, often full of people including myself opening the mini windows trying to get some air in, as our breathing condensed on the glass and metallic surfaces all around.I do hope somehow the traffic control keeps up with Downtown LA's ongoing development into a megacity the likes of NYC.My hope was to move cross country for more space and higher quality of living despite both LA & NYC being such densely population areas.
