@Brian Pleshek - I used TU Smart Move for several years until I discovered that the score they provide isn't actually a credit score, it's some proprietary rating that is not on the same scale as credit ratings.

The only stones with serious value are top grade rubies and emeralds, and those are so rift with fraud that it is considered impossible to purchase a good stone that hasn't been colored or glued.The only valid appraisal is from the Gemstone Institute of America.

I've been thinking of maybe improving the grading on the exterior of the house (which is currently flat and flush with the rest of the yard) and laying down an inorganic subfloor and tiling and/or carpeting over it.
